1982, somewhere in Chiba. The glittering speed tribes of Bōsōzoku and Sukeban rule the streets with an iron fist. The coppers are forced to put in tons of extra shifts in order to uphold the fragile façade of order. Each night, a relentless game of cat-and-mouse plays out on the gritty asphalt, where both sides pounce without warning.
