Shipping Costs and Information:

Shipping of the goods is typically only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the shipment will be handled by DPD, UPS, DHL, or a freight forwarding company. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table provided below.

 

We ship worldwide. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

1. Shipping within Germany:

For a gross merchandise value up to 19.95 euros, shipping costs a flat rate of 2.95 euros. For a gross merchandise value up to 60 euros, shipping costs a flat rate of 4.90 euros. If the gross merchandise value exceeds 60 euros, we offer free shipping within Germany.

 

2. Shipping outside of Germany:

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, and you can find the shipping weight on the respective product detail page.

We deliver to the following countries:

For shipping within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden):

  • For packages up to 0.5 kg, the shipping costs are 8.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 0.55 kg and above, the shipping costs are 14.90 euros.
  • If the gross merchandise value exceeds 120 euros, we offer free shipping.

 

For shipping to DHL Zone 1-3 Non-EU (United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City):

  • For packages up to 0.5 kg, the shipping costs are 10.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 0.55 kg to 2.5 kg, the shipping costs are 19.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 2.5 kg and above, the shipping costs are 29.90 euros.

 

For shipping to DHL Zone 4 (Egypt, Algeria, Georgia, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Russia, Turkey, Tunisia):

  • For packages up to 0.5 kg, the shipping costs are 11.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 0.55 kg to 2.5 kg, the shipping costs are 32.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 2.5 kg and above, the shipping costs are 39.90 euros.

 

For shipping to DHL Zone 5 & 6 (remaining countries worldwide):

  • For packages up to 0.5 kg, the shipping costs are 15.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 0.55 kg to 2.5 kg, the shipping costs are 44.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 2.5 kg to 4.5 kg, the shipping costs are 49.90 euros.
  • For packages weighing 4.5 kg and above, the shipping costs are 79.90 euros.

 

 

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply, which we are not responsible for and which you will be responsible for. These may include costs for money transfer by banks (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or customs duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).   • Advance payment by bank transfer: Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will provide you with our bank details and the purpose of payment separately via email as part of the order processing.
  • Credit card: Conveniently pay by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
  • Invoice payment via Klarna: Upon receipt of the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid to our bank account within 7 days.
  • Payment via SOFORT Banking: "Sofortüberweisung" (Instant bank transfer) - Simple and direct payment. "Sofort" is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You can securely and conveniently pay with your familiar online banking credentials (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after completing the transfer. This allows for immediate shipment of stock goods and digital products, ensuring you receive your purchases faster.
  • Shop Pay & Apple Pay & Google Pay: Pay with the digital wallets from Shopify, Apple, or Google.
